Summer beauty at Cripps Barn

Cripps Barn is one of my favourite wedding venues to work at so I was thrilled when Dani booked me to provide her wedding flowers last July! Dani chose a soft colour way of blush pinks, pale peach and ivory with soft grey foliage. We used seasonal blooms such as stocks, astilbe, astrantia with tons of beautiful roses and dahlias! Such a pretty wedding, and I absolutely loved working with Dani she was always so excited about the flowers!

Dani opted for natural, flower filled wedding flowers filled with the most beautiful seasonal blooms, and wired wax flower for her hair. The bridesmaids carried similar bouquets and the boys had ivory spray rose buttonholes with foliage sprigs to complement.

We went to town inside Cripps Barn, filling the ceremony barn with so many gorgeous flowers! The mantel was dressed with a beautiful, full floral arrangement of roses, hydrangeas, stocks, spray roses with lots of foliage. This provides such a stunning backdrop to your ceremony at Cripps Barn and dresses the barn throughout the whole day.

We created two large hanging floral installations in the ceiling of the barn, filled with soft trailing foliage and ivory, blush and peach seasonal blooms. Again this provides such a wow factor within the barn. As you can see from the photos the hanging flower balls look amazing!

What a beautiful wedding to work on! Thanks so much to Dani for sending through their wedding photos from McKinley Rodgers, it’s times like this we have to pinch ourselves how lucky we are in our work!
