I tend to go crazy on Christmas decorations in the studio as December is jam packed with wreath workshops (still a few spaces available FYI!) So we get a huge tree in filled with colourful lights and all kinds of baubles and decorations. In my mind Christmas is no place to have a set colour theme… it is the more the merrier here (In a classy way though of course!!)
Wreaths will be the first decoration you and your guests will see at home, they always cheer me up as I unlock the door! Traditionally the art of hanging Christmas wreaths came from the Roman’s who hung wreaths on their door as a sign of victory and status in society. The wreath’s circular shape traditionally represents eternity, as it has no beginning and end! Although I am sure by the end of December we are all ready for the decs to come down and Christmas to end… However I do love that insight!
