I have the most stunning luxury marquee wedding flowers to share with you today! Madison and Bo were married in September in Abbots Leigh, Bristol and totally went to town on the florals… my kind of wedding! Madison opted for a sophisticated ivory and pale blush colour palette and wanted the floral design to be blousy and floral heavy. Focusing around hydrangeas, big blousy roses and dahlias the florals were in keeping with their September season.
The church wedding flowers were kept simple, with two large stone urns at the altar. Filled with tall delphiniums, gladioli, larkspur, hydrangeas and roses, these urns are the perfect backdrop to your wedding ceremony. We dressed the entrance to the church with a floral arch covering half of the entrance. This is a beautiful way to greet your guests!
Madison wanted really full bouquets of all roses to create a full, luxurious look to the bouquets. I used white O Hara, a beautiful soft blush, scented rose. Avalanche Adore, and Avalanche roses to create this look. The bridesmaids also carried similar versions of the bridal bouquet with the guys wearing classic ivory roses.
Madison was lucky enough to hold the wedding reception in her beautiful family home! We created a huge, statement arch at the top of the garden, which led down into steps into the marquee. This was filled with roses, hydrangeas, spray roses, hydrangeas with lots of beautiful soft grey foliage. How stunning does Madison look here in front of the arch! If you are looking to create a statement piece such as this floral arch at your wedding, then this will provide huge inspiration! Such a great way for guests to enjoy these installations as a photo backdrop too, and you will get some amazing family photos in front of the arches too.
Inside the marquee we dressed the top table with a long, continuous full floral runner of roses, hydrangeas, lisianthus and spray roses with soft grey foliage. This is an elegant yet beautiful way to dress your top table. The remaining round tables were filled with tall gold stands with a large, statement arrangement on the top. In a marquee it is really important to create lots of impact to fill the blank canvas and large amount of space. So tall arrangements are an amazing way to create luxury marquee wedding flowers!
