Clifton Wedding Flowers – Engineers House

I have a very pretty, purple wedding to share with you today! Lara came to me asking for wedding flowers for her wedding taking place in Clifton, Bristol this September. She was keen to use purple and ivory as her colour scheme and I suggested adding in some lilacs to soften this. Lara wanted to have natural looking, slightly rustic style hand tied bouquets for herself and her four bridesmaids.

Lara’s bouquet contained Avalanche roses, Memory Lane roses, white dahlias, purple clematis, lisianthus, veronica, white wax with a variety of foliage from pale grey to dark green. Clematis is such a fantastic flower to use at this time of year and has such an elegant, flowing nature to it, its perfect for the slightly wild look Lara was after.

Here are the bridesmaids all lined up ready for me to attach the ribbon!

Lara and Chris were married at Christ Church in Clifton and held their reception at Engineers House, Clifton. The church was decorated with two large pedestals, while the tables at Engineers House were decorated with low, natural arrangements of seasonal flowers in ivory and purples. Congrats to the happy couple!
